STAGE 1. Brief and preparation

• Review and approval of the technical brief
• Modeling of the room shell
• Payment of a 50% advance

STAGE 2. Scene development

The scene is assembled in accordance with the approved brief:

• Interior furnishing
• Texturing
• Detailed development of materials
• Camera placement
• Lighting setup

STAGE 3. First review

• Previews of all room views are submitted to the client
• The client provides comments as a single consolidated list
• Lighting and camera angle preferences are discussed

STAGE 4. Revisions

• Revised renders are produced for presentation to the end client (reduced resolution, good quality)
• If necessary, the end client’s comments are provided as a single list
• Key views reflecting the changes made are submitted for approval

STAGE 5. Final delivery

• Final renders are produced in high resolution
• The remaining 50% is paid
• Final images are delivered

Technical brief requirements:

• Interior collages approved by the client
• Drawings in DWG or PDF format
• Furniture layout plan
• Ceiling plan indicating light fixture positions
• Wall elevations with descriptions and layouts of finishing materials
• Flooring plan
• A document listing all design elements with links (furniture, lighting, texture references, etc.)
